Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Coating (Optional):

  • 1 cup additional semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the Rice Krispies cereal and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, ¼ cup peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.

  7. Add the mini marshmallows to the chocolate mixture and stir until they are melted and well combined.
