Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
  • Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the onion and the smoked sausage.
  1. Cook the Potatoes:
  • In a large skillet, heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil or butter over medium heat.
