Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 potato, grated
  • 4 tablespoons oatmeal (you can use rolled oats or quick oats)
  • 100 grams cheese, grated (feta, cheddar, or your choice)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Olive oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
  • Grate the zucchini, carrot, and potato. Place them in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out excess moisture.
  1. Mix Ingredients:
  • In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, carrot, and potato. Add the oatmeal, grated cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  1. Form Fritters:
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into small patties or fritters.
